When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from purchase and shipped via Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and shown at checkout.

What sizes are available?

Our Season 01 hoodie is available in S, M, L & XL. Check our size guide on the product page for detailed measurements before ordering.

How do I know what size to order?

Refer to the size chart on the product page, which includes chest, length, and sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit since this is an oversized cut.

What is the hoodie made of?

80% Cotton / 20% Polyester Fleece, 480GSM, enzyme garment washed for a soft handfeel and vintage finish.

How do I care for my Fallen hoodie?

Follow the care instructions on the garment's label. Generally: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the print and embroidery.

Can I use a discount code with an affiliate code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order excluding for free shipping.

I used an affiliate code, is my order still eligible for the same returns policy?

Yes, all orders are covered by our standard returns and exchange policy regardless of which code was used.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Season 01 : The Origin is a limited run. Once a size sells out, it will not be restocked for this drop. Follow our socials or join the mailing list for updates on future releases.

Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

No, due to the limited nature of each drop, we don't offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We do cover faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, see our Shipping & Returns page for details.
